Delete your HomeOrbit account

HomeOrbit is provided by AppForge Digital. You can delete your account directly inside HomeOrbit or request deletion if you can no longer sign in.

Delete inside HomeOrbit

  1. Sign in and open Family account.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Review what will happen, type DELETE, and confirm.
This action is permanent. Your authentication account, household memberships and stored Outlook connection are removed. Shared households with another member are transferred to another administrator. Households with no remaining member are deleted with their calendar, chores, meals, lists and notes.

Cannot access your account?

Email AppForge Digital from the address used for your HomeOrbit account. Include “HomeOrbit account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

Timing and retained information

We will act on verified requests within a reasonable period. Limited security logs or backups may remain temporarily where necessary for security, continuity or legal obligations. Local copies may remain on a device until it synchronises, signs out, clears app data or uninstalls HomeOrbit.
